God's Awesome Creation

So I woke up at like 4am knowing I would not be able to get back to sleep. For a while now I have wanted to drive up to the mountains and take pictures at sunrise so that is just what I did. I went to Starbucks to get something for the road and headed for the hills. About an hour and fifteen minutes later I was in Pinecrest. Yeah so I’m glad I don’t live there cause the cold does not get along with me. Anyhow everything was so beautiful, fresh snow and nobody had walked through much of it. I took a lot of pictures and drove around just enjoying it. I sat and read for a while, prayed a bit and filmed a devo that I’m not sure yet if Im going to post cause it was cold and yeah it was cold. So here is a little photo montage for your viewing pleasure.

Ahh no way, see I guess I should have mad a few calls. I just drove up and kicked it, it was fun but I’m not one for going places on my own often… Maybe we should plan something?

i used to live about a half an hour from pinecrest, i could have told you it was going to be insanely cold at 4am in January. It is beautiful though. If you want to take pictures again, try Strawberry. The turn off for it is about 10 or so miles right before Pinecrest.

And snow is evil. The third time i had to dig out a car because it had snowed, i was so done living there.
