I didn’t work out much this week. Since flying to NY for work a few weeks ago, I have been waking up with sinus headaches on the right side of my head.
Goal Status (2024):
- Running Goal (500 miles): 477.4 miles
- Cycling Goal (3,000 miles): 2,706.8 miles
